If you absolutely cannot resist that fattening cheeseburger/brownie/cake just cut it in half. You still get the flavor and half the calories it would originally be. That’s what i’m doing for lunch today :D
it will be a 380 calorie cheeseburger, half it and it will become 190. Then I’ll pair it with an apple and ice water. To eliminate temptation throw out the other half, you will thank yourself later.
